The Tritons picked up a win this past weekend at the Morningside Open. Iowa Central CC displayed its top-end depth with three runners finishing in the top-5, led by Eleonora Curtabbi in second. Iowa Central CC ended up scoring 39 points to beat NAIA program Dordt (Iowa) by 14 points.

The Trojans finished a game third at the Muthama-Rogers Invitational this past weekend. Abigael Kemboi earned the individual title to pace Colby (Kan.) CC as two other athletes finished in the top-20. Regan Hodsden was the only other Trojan to finish in the top-10 at No. 10.

The Kansas-based T-Birds took off from competition this past weekend to rest up for the upcoming Tabor College Cottonwood Challenge on September 26.

Just this past weekend, the Golden Eagles fared well against a number of four-year programs at the Mountaineer/Cowboy Invitational. Running at 7700 feet of elevation, CSI placed fourth in the meet and was led by Maura Williams, who finished 12th individually.

The New Mexico-based T-Birds round out the top-5 and have yet to compete this season. Their school website also doesn’t list a schedule, so little is known as to when they’ll take the course.

Here are the rest of the top-10 teams: No. 6 Hutchinson (Kan.) CC, No. 7 Iowa Western CC, No. 8 Dodge City (Kan.) CC, No. 9 Butler (Kan.) CC, No. 10 Western Texas.
