NCAA Announces Championship Sites for 2022 and Beyond

Future championship sites for NCAA Cross Country and Track & Field across all three divisions were announced on Wednesday afternoon by the NCAA.

Nineteen different states will see at least one edition of the NCAA Championships between 2022 and 2026: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

A number of facilities and grass tracts will experience their first national championship, namely the Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Missouri, the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the Golisano Training Center in Rochester, New York.

In fact, the Virginia Beach Sports Center, slated to open Fall 2020, will host a different edition of the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships four years in a row: 2023 – NCAA DII, 2024 – NCAA DIII, 2025 – NCAA DI, 2026 – NCAA DII.
