Cross Country Polls & Rankings

No. 1 is the only position that Joliet (Ill.) JC has seen this year in the rankings, as the Wolves aim to repeat as NJCAA Division III national champions. Joliet, led by defending individual titlist Tiffany Lehmann, was the highest-finishing JUCO DIII team in the Greenville Classic.

Oxford (Ga.) continues at No. 2 after a strong fifth-place finish as the highest JUCO team in the Berry Invitational, even finishing ahead of NJCAA Division II No. 4 Wallace State (Ala.) CC. Julia Danko, a two-time National Athlete of the Week, led the Eagles as the highest JUCO finisher from any division in seventh place.

College of DuPage (Ill.) is at No. 3 after finishing as the highest JUCO squad in the White Race at the Bradley Pink Classic. The Chaps have a close loss to No. 1 Joliet on their resume from earlier this year.

No. 4 remains Georgia Military as the Bulldogs were the highest JUCO team in the Bobcat Invitational that was held on the Council Farms course that will be the site of this year’s NJCAA Division III national championships.

Suffolk County (N.Y.) CC continues at No. 5. The Sharks were the highest NJCAA Division III team in the St. Joseph’s College Invitational.

Completing the top-10 are No. 6 Anne Arundel (Md.) CC, No. 7 Harper (Ill.), No. 8 Hudson Valley (N.Y.) CC, No. 9 Kellogg (Mich.) CC co-No. 10s Central Carolina (N.C.) CC and Mohawk Valley (N.Y.) CC.
