About the Award
Selection
- Selected by a vote of regional USTFCCCA NJCAA Track and Field member head coaches and awarded to one (1) assistant coach per gender per region for the NJCAA Indoor Track and Field season.
- Institutions are divided into four regions for NJCAA Indoor Track & Field.
- Nominations are submitted via an online ballot. Voting is conducted online via a ballot and compiled by the national office.
Eligibility
Coaches must be members of a programs that must be in good standing with the NJCAA Track & Field Coaches Association.
Award Distribution
Awards are distributed at the coaches meeting of the NJCAA Indoor Championships.
