Early Registration For 2025 USTFCCCA Convention Ends Tonight

NEW ORLEANS – Early registration for the 2025 USTFCCCA Convention closes TONIGHT!

Once the clock strikes midnight and it’s Tuesday, December 2, that window is closed.

That doesn’t mean you can’t join the fun at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. It just means it will cost a little bit more.

If you register before the deadline, the cost is $450 compared to $525.

Payment for the 2025 USTFCCCA Convention can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or through check and money order. If paid by check or money order, the envelope must be postmarked by December 1 to be considered early registration.

As part of registration, coaches have access to breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as opportunities for countless educational seminars, in addition to admission to every major event, including the USTFCCCA Coaches Hall of Fame Dinner and Induction, the MONDO Party, and The Bowerman Presentation, among others.

Also, in order to receive the discounted rate of $175 per night (plus taxes) at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, reservations must be made by December 1 as well. Any reservations made after that date will not be guaranteed the discounted rate.
