Remember: The Bowerman Fan Vote might give a finalist a leg up on the others, but it’s just a small portion of the overall tally, which also includes ballots from The Bowerman Advisory Board, each of the past winners from 2009 to 2019, one uniform vote from members of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), as well as select media personnel, statisticians and collegiate administrators.

With that said, let’s look at our SECOND OFFICIAL UPDATE of The Bowerman Fan Vote and see how JuVaughn Harrison of LSU, Cole Hocker of Oregon and Turner Washington of Arizona State are faring on the men’s side with Tara Davis of Texas, Tyra Gittens of Texas A&M and Athing Mu of Texas A&M vying for the award on the women’s side.
