Members of The Bowerman Watch List turned heads with their performances.

Men’s Watch List

Mykolas Alekna, California

  • Finished third in discus with mark of 63.25m (207-6)

Kyle Garland, Georgia

  • Finished runner-up in decathlon with 8630 points
    • No. 3 performance in collegiate history

Jordan Geist, Arizona

  • Won shot put with mark of 21.06m (69-1¼)
  • Finished third in hammer with mark of 75.97m (249-3)

Sondre Guttormsen, Princeton

  • Finished tied for sixth in pole vault with mark of 5.60m (18-4½)

Duncan Hamilton, Montana State

  • Finished runner-up in steeplechase in 8:32.18

Jaydon Hibbert, Arkansas

  • Won triple jump with mark of 17.56m (57-7½)
    • No. 3 performance in collegiate history

Dylan Jacobs, Tennessee

  • Finished 14th in 10,000 meters in 29:12.47
  • Did not start 5000 meters

Fouad Messaoudi, Oklahoma State

  • Finished ninth in 1500 meters in 3:44.41

Ayden Owens-Delerme, Arkansas

  • Did not qualify for 400-meter hurdles final

Cordell Tinch, Pittsburg State

Results from NCAA DII Outdoor Championships (May 25-27)

  • Won 110-meter hurdles in collegiate-leading 13.21 (+1.7)
    • Also ran 12.87 (+6.0) in prelims for fastest all-conditions mark in collegiate history and the fourth-fastest all-conditions mark in world history
  • Won long jump with mark of 8.16m (26-9¼)
  • Won high jump with mark of 2.21m (7-3)

  • Won 400 meters in a meet-record 49.20
    • No. 2 performance in collegiate history
  • Helped winning 4×100 relay in 41.60
  • Same 4×100 relay team set CR 41.55 in semifinals

Julien Alfred, Texas

  • Won 100 meters in 10.72 (+2.3)
    • Tied fastest all-conditions performance in collegiate history
  • Won 200 meters in 21.73 (+2.5)
    • Fastest all-conditions performance in collegiate history
  • Helped winning 4×100 relay in 41.60
  • Same relay team set 41.55 CR in semifinals

Alia Armstrong, LSU

  • Finished third in 100-meter hurdles in 12.49 (+3.8)
