Complete Staff Announced for USTFCCCA Track & Field Academy Summer Semester

The Track & Field Academy’s Specialist Certification courses to be held this summer in New York will be led by some of the top coaches in the U.S.
- Boo Schexnayder & Todd Lane (LSU) will be the instructors for the Jumps group.
- Don Babbitt (Georgia) and Dave Dumble will handle the Throws
- Al Schmidt (Mississippi State), Damon Martin (Adams State) and Scott Christensen (Stillwater HS) will lead the Endurance group
- Gary Winckler (Illinois ret.) ,Vince Anderson (Texas A & M) and Tommy Badon (Westminster Academy) will direct the Sprints, Hurdles, and Relays section.
Each of these individuals have reached the top of the profession, leading athletes to Olympic, World Championship and NCAA success.
The Specialist Certification Courses (SCC) are, high level, detailed 36 hour courses covering technical coaching of a selected event area. The course is taught over five days. Curriculum is event specific, covering all key aspects of technical coaching. Each section is illustrated with pertinent, animated video created specifically for this course to enhance clarity and understanding. The 2011 course will take place July 11 – 15 at St. John’s University in New York City.
