QA₂ Max PODCAST: Adams State’s Damon Martin, President-Elect of USTFCCCA Board of Directors

Fresh off his election as president of the USTFCCCA board of directors, Adams State director of track & field and cross country Damon Martin called into QA₂Max.

As a coach, Martin has already accomplished the impossible: seamlessly replacing the legendary Joe Vigil.  As the association’s future president (his two-year term begins in August), it’s clear that Martin is going to embrace change in a sport that is at a crossroads.  We talked about the macro and micro changes that track & field can and needs to make to stay healthy.
