2015 QA2 Max Preseason Podcast Extravaganza (Part 1)
The wait is over.
Today marks the return of the QA2 Max Podcast, presented and produced by the U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association.
Another exciting collegiate cross country season begins Tuesday as runners will toe the line with hopes of reaching their respective national championship meets in November. While November is still three months away, we want you to get to know those coaches who will hope to lead teams to the Division I meet in Louisville, Kentucky.
So, we canvassed the nation and interviewed one coach from each of the nine regions and broke it down from there into three podcasts. We affectionately call this the Preseason Podcast Extravaganza.
In this first podcast, we start in the East Region with University of Virginia head coach Pete Watson. Then chat with New Mexico head coach Joe Franklin from the Mountain Region and wrap things up with the team his women are trying to dethrone, Michigan State and head coach Walt Drenth.
Be sure to check back Thursday and Friday for Part 2 and Part 3 of our Preseason Podcast Extravaganza. As always, feel free to contact us with comments, concerns, questions and future interview requests.
