Harper Continues to Lead NJCAA DIII National Rankings
NEW ORLEANS – With just over a month left until the NJCAA Division III Cross Country Championships, it’s still looking like Harper‘s race to lose.
Harper’s men and women boh remained atop the latest National Coaches’ Rankings announced Wednesday afternoon by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Also holding steady at No. 2 were the men of Howard CC and the women of Columbus State CC. The Bergen CC women also held firm at No. 3.
Moving up from unranked into the top five for the men were No. 3 Suffolk County CC and No. 4 Rowan-Gloucester CC. Those two displaced last week’s No. 3 Bergen CC down to No. 5.
Rounding out the women’s top five were another pair of formerly unranked teams in No. 4 Rowan-Gloucester CC and No. 5 Camden County CC.
