PREVIEW HUB: NCAA DI & NCAA DIII Pre-National Invitationals
NEW ORLEANS – The state of Wisconsin is hosting the biggest weekend of the cross country regular season in NCAA Division I and NCAA Division III. That’s because teams from each division are headed to the Badger State in droves for their respective Pre-National Invitationals.
Both meets will take place on Saturday morning. The Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (NCAA Division I) will be held in Madison, Wisconsin, on the Thomas Zimmer Championship Cross Country Course, while the Kollege Town Sports Invitational (NCAA Division III) will get underway nearly 100 miles north in Winneconne at the Lake Breeze Golf Club.
The weather forecast is perfect for racing in both locations as temperatures will be in the low 50s with a light breeze.
