Zouhair Talbi, Oklahoma City

Zouhair Talbi from Oklahoma City won the individual title in the John McDonnell Memorial 8k at the Chile Pepper Festival in 23:45.2 and helped the Stars to a seventh-place showing in the team standings. Talbi remained undefeated in all five races he has run at OCU.

Women’s National Athlete of the Week

Anna Martin, Cornerstone (Mich.)

Anna Martin from Cornerstone (Mich.) finished 67th out of 399 runners at the Live in the Lou Cross Country Classic. Martin covered the 5k tract in 17:47 to move up to No. 3 in program history and crack the 18-minute barrier for the third time this season.
