William Carey (Miss.) was named the 2025 NAIA Men’s Outdoor Track & Field National Scholar Team of the Year. The Crusaders, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.0, finished third at the 2025 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with 44 points. This is the first time in program history that William Carey has been named NAIA Outdoor Men’s National Scholar Team of the Year.
