M-F Athletic National Athletes of the Week (November 10)
NEW ORLEANS – History was made this past weekend.
Here are the M-F Athletic National Athletes of the Week for November 10, 2025.
Only NAIA athletes are honored this week.
NAIA MEN – Camden Khon, Spring Arbor (Mich.)
Senior | Armada, Michigan
Conference titles are sweet.
A course record isn’t too bad either.
Camden Khon delivered both at the Crossroads League Championships, clocking an all-time best 24:14.7 to seize the individual crown in Marion, Indiana. The senior from Armada, Michigan, surged over the final kilometer to win by more than 13 seconds over former M-F Athletic National Athlete of the Week Drew Hogan of Goshen (Ind.). It marked his first victory on the grass circuit, but Khon already knew what it felt like to stand atop the conference podium – he previously captured the indoor mile title two years ago.
This is the first time in program history that an athlete from Spring Arbor (Mich.) has been named M-F Athletic National Athlete of the Week during the cross country season.
NAIA WOMEN – Ellen-Mary Kearney, Milligan (Tenn.)
Senior | Wirral, England
What’s better than being first? Being the first.
Ellen-Mary Kearney made history at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships, clocking 19:59.0 to reclaim the individual title and become the first NAIA athlete to break 20 minutes over 6k. The Milligan standout regained the AAC crown she first earned in 2023, avenging last year’s narrow loss to Montreat (N.C.)’s Heather Murphy and cementing her place atop the conference – and the national conversation – once more.
This is the second time in the past three weeks that Kearney has been named M-F Athletic National Athlete of the Week. Kearney previously earned national weekly honors after winning the NAIA Appalachian Challenge in a 5k cross country PR of 16:58.4.
