Convention Update: JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa

REGISTER FOR THE USTFCCCA CONVENTION

NEW ORLEANS – The luxurious JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa in San Antonio, Texas, will serve as the host of the 2015 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Convention on December 15-18.

Constructed in 2010 amongst the rolling hills just outside San Antonio as the largest JW Marriott resort in the world, the property features 1,002 rooms and numerous amenities – including 36 holes of PGA Tour championship golf, the Lantana Spa, a fitness center, a heated outdoor pool area, and acres of hiking/biking trails.

This special rate is available only for registered USTFCCCA convention-goers. Attendees can check in with this discounted rate as early as December 10 and stay through December 22.

Rooms at this rate are available on a first-come-first-served basis through December 4. That’s if there are any rooms left to be had at the deadline; while the resort is the largest of its brand with 1,002 rooms, this year’s Convention is expected to draw upwards of 1,500 attendees.

Hotel rates are separate from the cost of USTFCCCA Convention registration. Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations.

Looking For a Roommate?

For Convention attendees looking to keep their costs down, the USTFCCCA is once again facilitating a “Roommate Finder” service.

Convention-goers can use the service a couple different ways.

First, users can post a listing to the Roommate Finder List using the Roommate Finder Form that will allow other attendees the opportunity to contact them.

Conversely, users can browse the Roommate Finder List to find and contact another attendee with whom they can share a hotel room throughout the Convention.

It is the responsibility of those looking to share a hotel room to contact one another and coordinate room reservations.
