Conner Mantz of BYU was named the Men’s Scholar Athlete of the Year for the 2020 NCAA Division I Cross Country season. Mantz, a junior from Smithfield, Utah, with a 3.77 GPA in Mechanical Engineering, won the individual title last month at the 2020 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in Stillwater, Oklahoma. He is the first athlete in program history to earn this honor and is the first in history from the West Coast Conference.
