South Plains (Texas) was named the 2024 NJCAA Division I Men’s Outdoor Track & Field National Scholar Team of the Year. The Texans, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.1, won the team title at the 2024 NJCAA DI Outdoor Track & Field Championships with 116 points. This is the first time that South Plains has been named NJCAA DI Outdoor Men’s National Scholar Team of the Year.
