Caleb Futter was named the 2024 NCAA Division II Men’s Indoor Track & Field National Scholar Track Athlete of the Year. Futter, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.4, won the mile at the 2024 NCAA DII Indoor Championships. This is the first time in program history that an athlete from Grand Valley State has been named the National Scholar Track Athlete of the Year for the indoor season.
