Chloe Wintergerst of Harper (Ill.) was named the 2024 NJCAA Division III Women’s Outdoor Track & Field National Scholar Field Athlete of the Year. Wintergerst, who maintained a term GPA of 4.0, finished second in the pole vault at the 2024 NJCAA DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships. This is the second time in program history that an athlete from Harper has been named National Field Scholar Athlete of the Year in outdoor track & field. Wintergerst also is this year’s NJCAA Division III Women’s Outdoor Track & Field National Track Scholar Athlete of the Year.
