Dylan Jacobs was named the 2023 NCAA Division I Men’s Indoor Track & Field National Scholar Track Athlete of the Year. Jacobs, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.8, won the 5000-meter crown at the 2023 NCAA DI Indoor Track & Field Championships and finished sixth in the 3000 meters. This is the first time in program history that a male athlete from Tennessee has been named National Scholar Athlete of the Year in track & field.
