Emmanuel Otim of Butler (Kan.) CC was named the 2024 NJCAA Division I Men’s Cross Country Scholar Athlete of the Year. Otim, who hails from Kikube, Uganda, and owns a cumulative GPA of 3.62, finished third at the 2024 NJCAA DI Cross Country Championships in Mechanicsville, Virginia. This is the first time that an athlete from Butler has been named Men’s Cross Country Scholar Athlete of the Year.
