Harris, who hails from Cheraw, South Carolina, won the individual title at the 2023 NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in 23:18.0. He was the leading JUCO runner in all four of his races this year, including wins at the Scenic West Invitational and Utah Valley Invitational.
