Kaitlyn McColly of Dickinson State (N.D.) was named the 2023 NAIA Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Co-National Scholar Field Athlete of the Year. McColly, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 4.0, won the heptathlon at the 2023 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. This is the first time in program history that an athlete from Dickinson State has been named National Scholar Athlete of the Year in track & field.
