Katelyn Tuohy was named the 2023 NCAA Division I Women’s Indoor Track & Field National Scholar Track Athlete of the Year. Tuohy, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.66, swept the distance titles at the 2023 NCAA DI Indoor Track & Field Championships with victories in both the 3000 meters and 5000 meters. This is the first time in program history that a female athlete from NC State has been named National Scholar Athlete of the Year in track & field.
