Kenny Brown was named the National Women’s Assistant Coach of the Year for the 2024 NJCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field season. Brown, in his second year as assistant coach of sprints and hurdles at College of DuPage (Ill.), coached the Chaparrals to victories in the 100, 200, 400 hurdles and 4×100 relay at the 2024 NJCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. His athletes added three runner-up finishes, two of which completed 1-2 sweeps in the 100 and 200.
