Kiana Gibson of British Columbia was named the 2024 NAIA Women’s Outdoor Track & Field National Scholar Track Athlete of the Year. Gibson, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 4.0, swept the 5000 meters and steeplechase at the 2024 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. This is the first time in program history that an athlete from British Columbia has been named National Track Scholar Athlete of the Year in outdoor track & field.
