Lia Rotti was named the NCAA Division III Women’s Indoor Track & Field National Scholar Field Athlete of the Year. Rotti, who maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.98, won the triple jump title at the 2022 NCAA DIII Indoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 12.40m (40-8¼). This is the first time that an athlete from Tufts has been named National Scholar Field Athlete of the Year for the indoor season.
