Stratton, in her first year as an assistant coach at College of DuPage, helped the Chaps win the national title at the 2021 NJCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. College of DuPage athletes under her direction scored 53 points, which included event titles in the 3000-meter steeplechase and the 4×800 relay.
