Parker Valby of Florida was named the Women’s Scholar Athlete of the Year for the 2023 NCAA Division I Cross Country season. Valby, who hails from Tampa, Florida, and majors in sport management, won the individual title at the 2023 NCAA DI Cross Country Championships in Charlottesville, Virginia. This is the first time in program history that an athlete from Florida has been named Women’s Scholar Athlete of the Year for the cross country season.
