Men’s Story
Nothing changed at the top as Harper (Ill.) still holds the No. 1 spot. The Hawks have been solid all season long and recently finished sixth as a team at the Bradley Pink Classic.
Suffolk County (N.Y.) made the biggest move of the week as it went from No. 5 to No. 2. The Sharks impressed the rankings committee with a fifth-place showing at the St. Joseph’s College Cross Country Invitational this past weekend.
Sandhills (N.C.), Hudson Valley (N.Y.) and Lorain County (Ohio) were all pushed down one spot to No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5, respectively, as Suffolk County (N.Y.) made its move.
Women’s Story
There isn’t a change at the top of the chart as Harper (Ill.) remains No. 1. The Hawks recently finished fifth as a team at the Bradley Pink Classic as they put three runners in the top-15 of the White Race.
Hudson Valley (N.Y.) and Suffolk County (N.Y.) swapped spots behind Harper (Ill.), though, as the former is now No. 2 and the latter is No. 3. The Vikings vaulted the Sharks thanks to their recent effort at the James Earley Invitational, where they finished 18th in a strong field.
Camden County (N.J.) and FIT (N.Y.) round out the top-5 for the second week in a row.
