Jason Bowers, Cumberland (Tenn.)

Jason Bowers of Cumberland (Tenn.) won the individual title at the Redhawks XC Invitational with a time of 17:37.6. Bowers beat a primarily NCAA DI field by 43 seconds.

Women’s National Athlete of the Week

Caitlin Dominy, Milligan (Tenn.)

Caitlin Dominy of Milligan (Tenn.) finished ninth at the Covered Bridge Open with a time of 17:52, which is the ninth-fastest 5k time in program history. Dominy was the only non-NCAA DI runner in the top-10 and helped the Buffs to a fourth-place team finish.
