NEW ORLEANS – Here is the Week 4 edition of the 2023 NJCAA Division I Women’s Outdoor National Track & Field Rating Index, which was released Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
No marks from previous seasons have been used as this objective list is compiled solely of current marks from the 2023 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

All teams have the target dates of May 18-20, which is when the 2023 NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships are scheduled at New Mexico JC’s Ross Black Track in Hobbs, New Mexico.
