Most Outstanding Performers of the 2025 NCAA DIII Indoor Track & Field Championships

NEW ORLEANS – Outstanding Performers of the Championships from the 2025 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships were announced on Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Each year, the USTFCCCA honors the Outstanding Performers of the Championships at both the NCAA DIII Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Winners are determined using a formula that adds together team points scored, plus meet records (five additional points), Division III seasonal bests (three additional points) and facility records (one point). Relay points, if applicable, are split equally among the four team members.

Men’s honors went to Sam Blaskowski of UW-La Crosse and Joshua Rivers of UW-Oshkosh on the track and in the field, respectively, while Lauren Jarrett of UW-La Crosse and Alexis Boykin of MIT stood out for the women in those same respective venues.

Blaskowski, the Most Outstanding Men’s Track Performer of the Championships, totaled 37 points using the above formula. He swept the 60- and 200-meter titles (20 points), set and then equaled the meet record of 6.62 in the 60 meters (ten points), clocked a season best mark in the 200 meters of 21.26 (three points), and set and/or equaled facility records in each round of those sprints (four points), ultimately to 6.62 and 21.26, respectively.

Rivers, the Most Outstanding Men’s Field Performer of the Championships, totaled 16 points using the above formula. He won the long jump (ten points) with a meet record of 7.81m (25-7½) on his sixth attempt (five points) and smashed the facility record in the process (one point).

Jarrett, the Most Outstanding Women’s Track Performer of the Championships, totaled 37 points using the above formula. She won both the 60 meters and 200 meters (20 points), set a meet record in the 60 meters of 7.29 (five points), equaled her season best in the 60 and set and lowered the season best in the 200 (nine points), and established three facility records between the 60 and two rounds of the 200 (three points).

Boykin, the Most Outstanding Women’s Field Performer of the Championships, totaled 24 points using the above formula. She captured titles in both the shot put and weight throw (20 points) and set a season best and facility record of 20.91m (68-7¼) in the latter (four points).
