CONVENTION UPDATE: Register & Book Your Room For #USTFCCCA25

Registration for #USTFCCCA25 opened August 4, the same day that we launched the new-look Convention website. Early registration for Convention runs through December 1 and those who secure their spot prior to that date get a hefty discount ($450, compared to $525).

As part of registration, coaches have access to breakfast, lunch and dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, as well as admission to every major event, including the USTFCCCA Coaches Hall of Fame Dinner and Induction Ceremony, as well as The Bowerman Presentation, among others. Don’t forget about all of the opportunities for education, networking, as well as professional development, either.

Also, in order to receive the discounted rate of $175 per night (plus taxes) at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, reservations must be made by December 1 as well. Any reservations made after that date will not be guaranteed the discounted rate.

Payment for #USTFCCCA25 can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or through check and money order. If paid by check or money order, the envelope must be postmarked to the USTFCCCA National Office by Saturday, November 30 to be considered for early registration.

The 2025 USTFCCCA Convention will be held December 15-18 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.
