Jesse Miller of Pittsburg State was named the 2025 NCAA Division II Women’s Indoor Track & Field National Assistant Coach of the Year. Miller, in his third year as assistant coach at Pittsburg State, coached Gorilla jumpers and mutli-eventers to contribute 31 of the team’s 63 points in winning the team title at the 2025 NCAA DII Indoor Championships. His athletes also accounted for 74.5 points in helping Pittsburg State’s team title at the MIAA Indoor Championships.
