NEW ORLEANS – Spring has sprung, and so has the outdoor version of the 2024 NJCAA Division I Men’s Outdoor National Track & Field Rating Index with its first edition released Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
