Eli Kosiba of Grand Valley State was named the 2025 NCAA Division II Men’s Indoor Track & Field National Field Athlete of the Year. Kosiba, who hails from Rensselaer, Indiana, tied the NCAA DII high jump record of 2.30m (7-6½) at the Grand Valley State Holiday Open back in December. Fast forward to March and Kosiba won the event title at the 2025 NCAA DII Indoor Championships, which came just a few weeks after he finished runner-up at the USATF Indoor Championships.
