            Mosher, Lindsey Tabbed as National Assistant Coaches of the Year in D-III

NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced on Friday that Guy Mosher of Central (Iowa) and Justin Lindsey of The College of New Jersey were named the National Assistant Coaches of the Year for Outdoor Track & Field in Division III as voted by the nation’s coaches.
NATIONAL MEN’S ASSISTANT COACH OF THE YEAR: Guy Mosher, Central (Iowa)
Mosher, in his 19th year with Central, coached two decathletes – Kurtis Brondyke and Ethan Miller – to USTFCCCA All-America honors via their performances at the NCAA Championships. Mosher, the Dutch’s sprints, jumps, and combined events coach, also had the 4×100 and 4×400 relays score in the national meet. Mosher’s decathletes also combined for 15 points in bring Central the IIAC title.

NATIONAL WOMEN’S ASSISTANT COACH OF THE YEAR: Justin Lindsey, TCNJ
Lindsey is in his second season as TCNJ’s sprint and hurdle coach. His crew was directly responsible for 121 of the team’s 219 points in winning the NJAC title. In addition, Lindsey’s sprint medley relay placed 12th overall at the Penn Relays in a school record time of 3:59.65. TCNJ’s sprinters and hurdles notched 14 points at the NCAA Championships, including the NCAA 100-meter title won by TCNJ junior Miriam Khan.
