

DII Outdoor Preseason Rankings Place Saint Aug’s, GVSU on Top
NEW ORLEANS — Saint Augustine’s men and Grand Valley State’s women are the preseason number ones for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Season according to the national team computer rankings conducted by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Saint Augustine’s last won the NCAA outdoor men’s title in 2010 while Grand Valley State’s women are the defending outdoor champions and are also on a two-year run of national indoor crowns.
Saint Augustine’s men were last ranked No. 1 outdoors on May 4, 2010 (week five).
