Let’s check out the newest edition of the NCAA DI Men’s Outdoor Track & Field National Rating Index for the 2023 season, as released on Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). This installment of the National TFRI only uses marks from athletes who qualified for the First Round of the NCAA DI Outdoor Championships.
