2023 NCAA Division I Cross Country All-America

NEW ORLEANS — All-America honors for the 2023 NCAA Division I Cross Country season were announced on Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Athletes from member institutions earned All-America recognition by finishing among the top-40 athletes in their gender’s respective races this past weekend at the 2023 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Team titles went to the Oklahoma State men and the NC State women. For the Wolfpack, it was their third national title in a row, matching a feat last accomplished by Stanford from 2005 to 2007. For the Cowboys, they scored just 49 points, the fewest by a winning team since Wisconsin in 2007.

Both the Oklahoma State men and the Northern Arizona men had five All-America athletes on their rosters, while no women’s team had more than three. That being said, four women’s teams registered three All-America plaudits: champion NC State, runner-up Northern Arizona, third-place Oklahoma State and fourth-place Notre Dame.

On a conference level, athletes from both the ACC and Big 12 compiled 16 All-America honors, compared to ten from the SEC. The Big Sky was a close fourth behind the SEC with nine.
