Kathy Darling, Rowan/Johns Hopkins: NCAA DIII Athlete Hall of Fame, Class of 2015

A 2003 graduate of Johns Hopkins after transferring from Rowan after her sophomore year, Darling had an outstanding throwing career in addition to playing basketball in college. Darling is one of only seven women to be a 4-time All American in two events (Javelin and Discus). A three-time National Champion (once in the Javelin and twice in the Discus), Darling won the Javelin at Rowan in 2000 (146-8). Darling threw 158-5 to win the discus in 2003 as a senior at JHU after winning as a sophomore at Rowan with a throw of 156-3. Darling was the runner-up in the Discus as a junior and the national runner-up in the Javelin as a junior and senior.
