It’s crunch time in NCAA Division I Cross Country!

This weekend we’ll find out what teams and individuals make it to the championships next weekend at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer Park in Louisville, Kentucky and who sits at home watching from afar.

There are nine regional championship races on Friday and we’ll bring you inside the action on the National Results Wall.

Leading up to Friday, we’ll break down each of the nine regions and give you teams and individuals to watch. We’ll bring you three previews on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Then we’ll go live with the National Results Wall on Friday.

Here’s the schedule for those previews.

• Tuesday: Great Lakes, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest
• Wednesday: Mountain, Northeast, South
• Thursday: South Central, Southeast, West
