Use this form to notify the USTFCCCA of a performance that is missing from any one of the association’s all-time best list. These are managed by the USTFCCCA Communications Office. This form is meant for reporting of performances that are NOT from the current season.
NOTE:Â Recent performances should be uploaded through an official meet report on athletic.net. If the performance in question is NOT on athletic.net, please inform the meet director to upload results. If the result in question has been uploaded but does not appear on USTFCCCA lists, please give patience — we update these lists periodically throughout the week.

In order to verify a past performance, please complete as much information as possible about the mark to be verified. Please include either a copy of the official meet results or the URL of the website to where official results may be found. You do not need to include full meet results, just the page that includes the entire event in question.
Please allow 6-to-8 weeks for processing. Yes, that’s too long of time, but, we’re working on it!
