Here is the newest edition of the NCAA DIII Women’s Outdoor Track & Field National Rating Index, as released on Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). No marks from previous seasons are being used, as this is a completely objective look at the current campaign at hand.
