

2024 NJCAA DII Women’s Cross Country National Coaches’ Poll – Week 3
NEW ORLEANS – Two rivals from Arizona received all of the first-place votes in the Week 3 edition of the 2024 NJCAA Division II Women’s Cross Country National Coaches’ Poll, which was released Wednesday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

The status quo held for the top-4.
Paradise Valley (Ariz.) CC remains at the top, improving its collection of first-place votes from nine to ten, and Mesa (Ariz.) CC continues at No. 2, receiving the other two first-place votes. Neither team competed in the last two weeks.
No. 3 Wallace State (Ala.) CC was the leading JUCO program at the Royal Challenge as Grace Gosline led the Lions for the second time this year.
No. 4 Des Moines Area (Iowa) CC was runner-up – and the leading NJCAA DII team – at the Indian Hills Invitational with Kayden Spencer leading the Bears.
Moving up two spots to No. 5 is defending champion Cowley (Kan.). The Tigers were the top NJCAA DII squad at its own Tiger Preview as Lili-Rose Breheret led the team.
Completing the top-10 are No. 6 Grand Rapids (Mich.) CC, No. 7 Heartland (Ill.) CC, No. 8 Lansing (Mich.) CC, No. 9 Bismarck State (N.D.) and No. 10 Calhoun (Ala.) CC.
There’s just over three weeks until the 2024 NJCAA Division II Cross Country Championships will be held on Saturday, November 9, at Pole Green Park near Richmond, Virginia.
