2024 NCAA DIII Women’s Cross Country National Coaches’ Poll – Week 5

Here is the Week 5 edition of the 2024 NCAA DIII Women’s Cross Country National Poll, which was released on Wednesday by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches’ Association (USTFCCCA).

Cross Country Polls & Rankings
No. 18 Connecticut College will host one of the biggest races for the nationally ranked teams on Saturday. The Connecticut College Invitational will see three top-10 teams in the mix with No. 1 MIT, No. 5 Amherst, and No. 7 NYU traveling to Waterford, Connecticut. Nine other top-30 teams will join the Engineers, Mammoths, and Violets in the Constitution State.
Six top-30 squads will travel to Rock Island, Illinois, to battle at the Augustana Interregional Invitational on Saturday. No. 2 Colorado College, No. 3 UChicago, No. 10 Calvin, No. 12 DePauw, No. 14 Washington (Mo.), and No. 25 Wartburg will race for the team title.
Other races this weekend with top-30 crews racing include the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational, the Mike Woods Invitational, and the Rowan Interregional Border Battle. No. 13 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and No. 23 Pomona-Pitzer will duel at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational. No. 8 RPI, No. 9 SUNY Geneseo, and No. 20 Carnegie Mellon will race at SUNY Geneseo for the Mike Woods Invitational. Finally, No. 4 Johns Hopkins, No. 6 Emory, and No. 21 Lynchburg can be seen racing at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle.
The 2024 NCAA DIII Cross Country Championships are just over one month away! They’ll be racing on November 23 at the LaVern Gibson Championship Cross Country Course in Terre Haute, Indiana.
