What are the important deadlines/dates for convention?
November 30, 2011: Deadline: Hotel reservations at USTFCCCA Convention rate
November 30, 2011: Deadline: USTFCCCA convention registration: advance rate
November 30, 2011: Deadline: Convention registration cancellation (50% refund)
November 30, 2011: No refunds will be offered beyond this date.

How do I pay for convention registration?
Using our online registration system, you can pay by credit card or indicate that you wish to pay by check. Checks should be mailed to the address provided within the online registration system and should arrive to the USTFCCCA office prior to December 7, 2011.
Can I register for the convention on-site?
Yes. You may register for the convention on-site, and the USTFCCCA is equipped to accept payment of your registration fee via cash, check, or credit card. Late registration fees will apply.
What is the USTFCCCA’s cancellation policy for convention registration fees?
Registrants who wish to cancel their convention registration should contact USTFCCCA Membership Services Manager Mandi Magill – mandi@ustfccca.org.
The USTFCCCA will provide a 50% refund of convention registration fees for any registrant who cancels his/her attendance on or before November 30, 2011. No refunds will be provided to convention registrants who cancel their attendance after November 30, 2011.
Are any meals included in my registration fee?
Yes, several meals are included in the convention registration fee.
Will there be computer accessibility for convention attendees?
Internet kiosks will be available for USTFCCCA Convention attendees beginning Sunday, December 11, to Thursday, December 15, free of charge.
What is the weather like in San Antonio in December?
San Antonio enjoys a mild winter climate. The average high temperature in December is 65 degrees Fahrenheit. The average low temperature in December is 42 degrees Fahrenheit. Average precipitation for the month of December is one-and-a-half inches.
Are any of the social events scheduled to occur outdoors?
Yes. Weather permitting, lunch on both Tuesday, December 13 and Wednesday, December 14 will be held outside.
Is there a dress code for any of the events?
The general dress code for the convention is casual. For those attending The Bowerman presentation and/or Hall of Fame reception, induction, and dinner on Wednesday, December 14, the appropriate dress for gentlemen is coat and tie and cocktail attire for women.
