What are the important deadlines/dates for convention?

November 30 (11:59pm ET) USTFCCCA Convention registration: early rate ends
November 30 (11:59pm ET) Convention registration cancellation deadline (50% refund up to this date only)
December 1 Final day to make hotel reservations at USTFCCCA Convention rate (pending room availability)
December 10-12 & December 16-17 Track & Field Academy Courses offered on these dates (NOTE: TFA Course Fees are not included in Convention registration fees)

What are the accepted methods of payment for the Convention registration?
Using our online registration system, you can pay by credit card or indicate that you wish to pay by check. If paying by check or money order, select the “Pay By Check” option at checkout and proceed through the checkout process.  You will have the opportunity to print an invoice that should be returned with your check or money order. Payment must be postmarked to the USTFCCCA offices by Thursday, November 30. Otherwise, please bring your payment in person to the convention.

Can I register for the Convention on-site?
Yes, but late registration fees will apply. USTFCCCA members may register for the convention on-site, and the USTFCCCA is equipped to accept payment of your registration fee via cash, check, or credit card.

What is the USTFCCCA’s cancellation policy for Convention registration fees?
The USTFCCCA will provide a 50% refund of convention registration fee for any registrant who cancels his/her registration on or before Thursday, November 30. No refunds will be provided to Convention registrants who cancel their registration on Friday, December 1, or after.

Registrants who wish to cancel their Convention registration must contact the USTFCCCA national offices at 504-599-8900 or membership@ustfccca.org.

Are any meals included in my registration fee?
Yes, the following meals are included in the convention registration fee:

Are any of the social events scheduled to occur outdoors?
Yes. All lunches will be held outside. The MONDO Dinner on Thursday, December 14 will also be held outside.

What’s the weather like in Phoenix in December?
The average high temperature is around 70 degrees while the average low is around 45 degrees. Attendees may need a jacket for the Thursday evening MONDO Dinner, which will be held outdoors.

Is there a dress code for any of the events?
The general dress code for the convention is casual. However, for those attending The Bowerman and/or the Hall of Fame presentations, the appropriate dress is cocktail attire for women and coat and tie for the men.
