What are the important deadlines/dates for convention?

What are the accepted methods of payment for the Convention registration?
Using our online registration system, you can pay by credit card or indicate that you wish to pay by check. Checks or money orders should be mailed to the address provided within the online registration system and should arrive to the USTFCCCA office prior to Wednesday, November 30.

Can I register for the Convention on-site?
Yes, but late registration fees will apply. USTFCCCA members may register for the convention on-site, and the USTFCCCA is equipped to accept payment of your registration fee via cash, check, or credit card.

What is the USTFCCCA’s cancellation policy for Convention registration fees?
The USTFCCCA will provide a 50% refund of convention registration fees for any registrant who cancels his/her attendance on or before Wednesday, November 30. No refunds will be provided to Convention registrants who cancel their attendance on Thursday, December 1, or after..

Are any meals included in my registration fee?
Yes, the following meals are included in the convention registration fee:

Will there be computer accessibility for convention attendees?
Internet kiosks will be available for USTFCCCA Convention attendees beginning Sunday, December 11, through Saturday, December 17, free of charge.

Are any of the social events scheduled to occur outdoors?
Yes. Weather permitting, lunch on both Wednesday, December 14, and Thursday, December 15, will be held outside. The MONDO Dinner on Thursday, December 15 will also be held outside, weather permitting..

What’s the weather like in Orlando in December?
The average high temperature is around 70 degrees while the average low is around 50 degrees. Attendees may need a light jacket for the Thursday evening MONDO Dinner, which will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Is there a dress code for any of the events?
The general dress code for the convention is casual. However, for those attending The Bowerman presentation and/or the reception and Induction/Dinner for the Hall of Fame, the appropriate dress for gentlemen is coat and tie and cocktail attire for women.

Will attendees have access to the hotel fitness center?
Yes, the fitness center will be open to all hotel guests at both the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton.
