Where do I Register?

Are you a USTFCCCA Member?
Are you a high school coach?

Current USTFCCCA members are eligible to register themselves and their spouses for the 2016 USTFCCCA Convention in Orlando, Florida

Are you a high school coach from a member association in Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia or Wisconsin, or the host state of Florida?

Registration for the Track & Field Academy courses before and after the Convention can be accessed here. PLEASE NOTE that registration and fee for the Track & Field Academy is SEPARATE from Convention registration.

 

Registration Fees

ON or BEFORE Nov. 30, 2016 (11:59pm ET)

Current USTFCCCA members – $300
Spouses of current members – $280

 
LATE REGISTRATION/ON-SITE

Current USTFCCCA members – $350
Spouses of current members $330

 

Payment Options

Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover OR Check or Money Order

 

Payment

If paying by credit card, simply enter the card information and proceed through the checkout process.  You will have the opportunity to print a receipt after the transaction is completed.

If paying by check or money order, select the “Pay By Check” option at checkout and proceed through the checkout process.  You will have the opportunity to print an invoice that should be returned with your check or money order.  Payment must arrive at the USTFCCCA office on or before Wednesday, December 7.

USTFCCCA Refund Policy

The USTFCCCA will provide a 50% refund of convention registration fees for any registrant who cancels his/her registration on or before November 30. No refunds will be provided to convention registrants who cancel their registration after November 30.
