This year’s convention registration process will be the same as the last year for USTFCCCA members. The link to the right will take you to the registration page, where USTFCCCA members will login with their USTFCCCA login and password.

Are you a High School Coach?
If you are a high school coach in one of the following member states: Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio, or Wisconsin – you are able to register. Please contact USTFCCCA Membership Services Manager Mandi Magill to obtain your USTFCCCA login and password to use for convention registration. She can be reached at mandi@ustfccca.org.
Are you a TEXAS High School Coach?
High school coaches from the host state of Texas may register. To begin the registration process – please contact USTFCCCA Membership Services Manager Mandi Magill to obtain your USTFCCCA login and password to use for convention registration. She can be reached at mandi@ustfccca.org.
Non-USTFCCCA Members
The USTFCCCA Convention is only open to members of the association. For membership information, visit our membership page.
2011 Convention Fee Structure
Payment Information
Using our online registration system, payment may be made by credit card or it can be indicated that payment will be made by check. All major credit cards are accepted. If paying by check, they should be mailed to the address provided in the online registration system and must arrive to the USTFCCCA office before Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Checks payable to USTFCCCA.
Advance Registration – Prior to and on November 30th, 2011
- $225.00 – Convention Registration
- $80.00 – Golf Tournament Registration (optional)
- $150.00 – Spouse Registration (optional)
- $30.00 – Airport/Hotel Shuttle Transportation Fee (ROUND TRIP) (optional)
- $20.00 – Airport/Hotel Shuttle Transportation Fee (ONE WAY) (optional)
Late or Onsite Registration – After November 30th, 2011
- $250.00 – Convention Registration
- $80.00 – Golf Tournament Registration (optional)
- $150.00 – Spouse Registration (optional)
USTFCCCA Refund Policy
The USTFCCCA will provide a 50% refund of convention registration fees for any registrant who cancels his/her registration on or before November 30, 2011. No refunds will be provided to convention registrants who cancel their registration after November 30, 2011.
